We offer Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Emora. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free. We aim to provide a clear and reassuring experience, allowing you to shop with confidence knowing you have options.

 

 We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed after inspection and issued to the original payment method.
